MVP Up & Running

This almost didn't make it out there. It was sitting on my local machine as a fun little one feature project. My coach pushed me to get it out there by Sunday, so here it is.
It's just a simple site. User stories are as follows:
* logged in users should be able to create a new 5 second user test using a screenshot
* logged in users should be able to take other user's 5sec tests
* for each test, the screenshot should appear for 5 seconds (ish)
* after appearing, the user should be asked two simple questions
* users can receive one result after taking 3 tests
Next steps:
* post it around
* make graphics for homepage
